SG Digital, originally a division of Scientific Games Corporation wass a leading provider of gaming solutions. Qcquired Openbet and Parspro brands via acquisitions. SG Digital was a combination of NYX and SG Interactive originally covering all verticals including iLottery, casino and sports betting. Sold sports division (Openbet) to Endeavor which later became a MBO. SG’s gaming is now under the Light & Wonder brand. Lottery sold off to separate company now called Scientific Games (Lottery). SG, now L&W had nine games studios: SG, Bally, Shuffle Master and WMS, Chartwell and Amaya B2B (exc Cadillac Jack) via NYX acquisition and Cryptologic. Openbet integrated Aretonet’s real-time data analytics. Sold Openbet to Endeavor for $800m which was since subject to MBO for $450m whilst the lottery business was sold to Brookfield Business Partners 2021. The casino games assets rebranded 2022 as Light & Wonder
