Founded in 1999, Playtech offers products across all verticals including sportsbetting (see PBS above) and gaming. They acquired Tribeca, GTS (Gaming Technology Solutions), BGT (Best Gaming Technology), Virtue Fusion, Ash Gaming, Intelligent Gaming Solutions (IGS), Mobenga, Geneity, Argo Gaming, Pokerstrategy.com, Aristocrat Lotteries (VLT), Psiclone Games, Yoyo Games (GDK co for social), Quickspin, ECM systems (bingo software), Eyecon (bingo and slot games), GECO, Rarestone Gaming and Sunfox Games. They also have inhouse studios such as Playtech Origins and Vikings.The company was due to be acquired by Aristocrat 2022 but the deal fell through. They acquired and since sold the operator Snai to Flutter and have shares in other operators such as NorthStar Gaming in Canada and Hard Rock Digital.
